Army releases names for promotion to senior NCO ranks in January

The Army announced Wednesday the names of Regular Army and Active Guard and Reserve (Army Reserve) soldiers scheduled for promotions to the senior NCO ranks as of Jan 1.

The monthly promotion plan will complete the 2014 Regular Army sergeant major list and reduce the 2015 master sergeant list to 854 names, and the sergeant first class list to 234 names.
