The Army has published rRevised evaluation-report forms, which that use Defense DepartmentDoD IDs in lieu of Social Security numbers, and implement an entirely new rating system for NCOs., have been published by the Army.
Changes in the forms apply to the DA Form 67-10 series Officer Evaluation System, in effect since 2014, and the DA Form 2166-9 series NCO Evaluation System that will launch Jan. 1.
The revised officer forms can be used now with the Electronic Entry System, which is the Web-based application introduced two years ago for preparing and submitting evaluations.
The EES also is available for NCOER rating officials who are preparing reports on 2166-9 forms with "thru dates" of Jan. 1, and later. Reports with thru dates before Jan. 1 should be submitted via EES using 2166-8 series forms.
